![]() ![]() ![]() You have now completed adding a plant to your landscape design. To remove a plant from the Favorites section, Right click the plant image and select Remove from Favorites. Your newly added favorite will remain in this section until you remove it, even after you switch designs. If there are certain plants you use often, you can Right click on the plant image and click Add to Favorites. Once done, click Search and your search results will appear for each plant type. ![]() Users are able to search by common name, botanical name, type, and/or by planting zone. Click Search and a dialog box will appear. To search for a specific plant, click the plant image again. If you want a specific plant to stay in a different season, select the plant, then choose a season from the following drop-down option: Here we can see what the Willow Oak will look like during the spring season. Make your selection and click OK.Īny UltraRes plants in your landscape will automatically change its appearance to match the chosen season. First, click Settings found in the Menu Bar and click Environment Settings.Ī new dialog box will appear with the four seasons. UltraRes plants can vary their appearance based on the season. To rotate the tree, Left click and drag above the green circle until it faces the desired direction. You can also manually input the desired age into the space provided and the plant size will adjust accordingly. To adjust the size of the tree, Left click and drag above the green square. Note that the selected plant will have a white line outline, with a small green square at the upper right corner and a small green circle to the left of it. Left click to place the plant into position. UltraRes plant models realistically grow with age, actually sprouting new branches and foliage, change appearance according to the season, and are highly detailed. Models are hand-crafted 3D models of real plants. Pictures are high-resolution photos of actual plants. You can select from three different types of plants to add to your design. To select a plant to add to your landscape design, click the plant image seen below and it will take you to a large collection of plants. To begin, click the Landscape tab and click the Plant button.
